To facilitate the entire shipping process and ensure you receive your item in a timely manner, please provide us with your complete address, including city, state and region (if applicable).
Order Processing:
We want to make sure you receive your item as quickly as possible. Please be sure to select the correct model and color when ordering as we cannot amend your order. Once an order is entered into the system, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
We are not responsible for any lost packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We create shipping labels based on the information provided by our customers.
If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you must notify us immediately (within 24 hours of placing your order).
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will be taken to a confirmation page with your order details including your order number.
As soon as your purchase ships, we'll email you a Shipping Confirmation so you can track the status of your shipment.

As the consignee, your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you via your local post office or local courier.
If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notification card with instructions on how and where to pick it up.
If your package was marked as "Delivered" but you didn't receive it - UPS delivery vehicles use GPS to automatically update the package as "Delivered" ahead of time.
Please allow another business day as the package may be incorrectly marked as delivered and arrive the next day.
We encourage you to contact your local UPS Post Office. Your local post office will be able to provide faster and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for details of that day's delivery.

We believe it is extremely important to follow the guidelines established by state law. By purchasing any item from Knifesper, the buyer warrants that he is in compliance with all federal, local and state laws and is able to legally purchase the item.
Knives can be dangerous if not handled properly. Keep out of reach of children. We strongly advise that items purchased from Knifeholy should not be sold to minors without parental permission.
