Refund Return Policy
refund policy:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return (within 15 days after the goods are signed for), if you request a refund return for more than 15 days (from the time the goods were signed for), unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a return or Refund.
Please note that handmade items sometimes have very small imperfections, this is normal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at knifesper@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
We do not pay for return/exchange shipping.
If confirmed due to a manufacturing issue or our error, we cover all costs (item price, shipping), we will verify the order status within 24 hours and issue a refund immediately upon verification.
Damage and Problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Product descriptions on our website are as accurate as possible, but occasionally there may be minor differences in size, color or design. Any remedy for accidental errors in description, pricing or availability is at our sole discretion.
Customer Responsibilities:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We will verify the order status within 24 hours, and complete the refund immediately after verification.
Because after receiving the order, we need to prepare the product and package, and send it to the store before the official delivery.
If you apply for a refund after 6 hours, we may charge a 20% purchase fee, packaging fee, and round-trip fee to the store.
Refund Policy:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund for the item will be processed and the price of the item will be automatically charged to your credit card or original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
If you have done all of this and have not received your refund after the 6th business day after the initial cancellation/refund notification was sent by email.

Our refund and return policy only applies when items received are defective, damaged, or significantly different than described.
To help us process your request, we may ask you to provide photographs or other documentary evidence as proof so we can best diagnose the problem and develop a solution for you.
